Barton Drury Insurance

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-11-02

This policy explains what information Barton Drury Insurance Group (“Barton Drury,” “we,” “us”) collects through bartondrury.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

Information you give us

  • Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, what you are inquiring about, how you heard about us and anything you write in the message.
  • Careers form. When you apply for a job, we collect your name, email address and the resume or other file you upload.
  • Phone calls. Some visitors see a tracking phone number on this site in place of our main number. These tracking numbers forward to our office. We record calls to the tracking numbers. When you call one, we collect your phone number, the caller name your phone company provides, the date, time and length of the call, and the call recording and a written transcript of it. If you text one of these numbers, we receive your message and your phone number.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited. We don’t use this information to identify you personally. We also use the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure advertising and reach people who have visited the site with ads on Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and actions taken on the site. The Contact Us page shows an embedded Google map, which lets Google collect information such as your IP address when the map loads. Our Contact Us and Careers forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile checks information such as your browser and IP address to confirm a person is submitting the form.
  • Call and form tracking. We use WhatConverts to learn which of our marketing brought you to us. WhatConverts sets cookies and may show you a tracking phone number in place of our main number. It connects your call or form submission with details of your visit, such as the page you landed on, the website or search engine that referred you and any advertising campaign in the page address. When you submit the Contact Us form, WhatConverts also receives what you entered.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the date and time of each request. This helps keep the site secure and running.
