We Care for Community

Since our founding, Barton Drury has believed in giving back to the community where we live, work and play.

The idea of community responsibility starts with our late founder, Ralph Drury, and expands to everyone at Barton Drury Insurance Group through acts of volunteerism and donations to local charities and organizations. It’s ingrained in our culture, and we believe it’s our civic duty to give back to those in need.

The belief in giving back is so ingrained in our culture, that Ralph formed A Vintage Affair (AVA) in 2001 after seeing Mercy Children’s Clinic’s need for financial help. Since then, AVA has helped raise more than a million dollars for numerous Williamson County charities benefiting women and children in need.

We believe it’s our civic duty to give back to those in need, and we do so in a variety of ways. Each employee chooses their own way to get involved in the communities in and around Franklin, whether coaching little league, being mentors through Big Brothers/Big Sisters, or serving on various non-profit boards. This amazing community support inspires us to do even more.
